Prices start at £195 plus VAT.
Electrical Testing
Up to 2-bed property: £150 plus VAT.
(Up to 10 circuits)
2 - 4 bed property: £180 - £280.
(Up to 10 circuits)
Additional circuits are charged at £15 per circuit.
Larger properties or commercial premises require an estimate.
Consumer Unit / Fuse Board Upgrade
Our estimates start at £550 plus VAT.

Standard rates are per electrical engineer based in Coulsdon.
All minor project work is subject to a 50 % deposit and then a final payment upon completion of work. For major project work, a payment plan will be created.
We charge a minimum of 1 hour on all call outs, our engineers will keep you updated as the job proceeds
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking, a fee will be charged.
Project cancellations will incur a handling fee for materials ordered.
Payment is taken at the end of the job with the site engineer to guide you through the payment process.

Payment Terms
CMD's electrical engineers based in Coulsdon will leave on-site a job sheet, with all job information and final balance, to keep you up-to-date. Invoices are supplied upon completion of work: this MUST be signed off by someone on the premises before we leave along with full payment for all work carried out.
Payments are accepted by credit card, Bacs, or cash payments. Bank transfers are accepted only if agreed prior to work.
